Job summary

Verizon is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Control Plane architect for a hybrid role. You will design and implement automated CI/CD guardrails, real-time observability, and secure IAM-aware workflows to manage enterprise-scale autonomous agents.

You will collaborate with AI Platform Engineers, DevOps/DataOps, and data scientists to integrate models into governance hubs, using AWS Bedrock and Atlas AI across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience in LLM operationalization, orchestration frameworks, model evaluation frameworks, agentic workflows, and automated safety testing.
• Experience in cloud architecture (AWS Bedrock).

Responsibilities

• Architect and code automated CI/CD governance pipelines with guardrails.
• Implement advanced agent simulation and real-time observability telemetry for production LLMs.
• Collaborate with AI Platform Engineers, DevOps/DataOps, Data Scientists and AI product teams to integrate models into governance.
• Design IAM and routing logic within the Agent Gateway for secure access boundaries.
• Build API integrations connecting developer platforms with Verizon governance hubs.
