Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of work-related experience in high-tech electronics in a system design or technical customer support role.
• In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and other data center hardware.
• Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus.
• Ability to multitask optimally in a multifaceted environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong time-management.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Solving complex hardware and deployment issues.
• Be a technical specialist on GPU and networking products for sales accounts.
• Establish technical relationships with customers' engineers, management, and architects.
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in enterprise AI.
• Provide technical and sales training to direct sales and channel partners.
• Travel up to 30% may be required.
