Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Field Applications Engineer in Durham, NC to support large datacenter deployments of AI solutions. You will be the technical expert on GPU and networking products, working closely with sales teams to deliver enterprise AI datacenter solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, EE, Physics, CS or equivalent experience.
8+ years in high-tech electronics in system design or technical support.
In-depth knowledge of servers, storage, networks, data center hardware.
Capable of adapting in a rapidly evolving environment.
Strong multitasking abilities in complex settings.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and organization for multi-initiatives.
Fluent English written and spoken; able to collaborate with management and engineering.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
Resolve complex hardware and deployment issues.
Serve as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products for sales teams.
Build and maintain technical relationships with customer engineers and architects.
Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in enterprise AI.
Deliver technical and sales training to direct sales teams and partners.
Coordinate with internal teams across projects.
