Job summary

NVIDIA's Field Applications Engineering team seeks a specialist in system design, networking, and leadership to support large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions at customer sites.

You will work onsite in Westford, MA, collaborating with sales and engineering to resolve hardware deployments, identify architectures, and provide training to the team. Equity and benefits await, with a clear path to Level 4/5 leadership.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years in high-tech electronics in a system design or technical customer support role.
• In-depth knowledge of servers, storage systems, network devices, and data center hardware.
• Able to adapt in a fast-evolving environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong written and oral English communication for collaboration with management and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Solve complex hardware and deployment issues.
• Serve as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products for sales teams.
• Establish technical relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects at focus accounts.
• Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in enterprise AI.
• Provide technical and sales training to direct sales and channel partners.
• Build strong cross-team communication and collaboration.
