Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead (AI & Automation) to guide the design, development, modernization, and support of critical PAOps applications under the PBM line of business. You will build scalable, cloud-native solutions for intelligent workflow automation, AI-driven decisioning, and document processing.
The ideal leader is hands-on with strong software engineering and cloud architecture expertise, experienced with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents in
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale applications.
- 2+ years in a Technical Lead, Sr Engineer, or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong Python development and modern API framework experience (FastAPI/Flask).
- Experience designing microservices, distributed systems, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong GCP experience and cloud-native development.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, development, and production support for PAOps applications.
- Drive cloud-native modernization and platform initiatives.
- Oversee microservices, event-driven and streaming architectures.
- Implement and operationalize Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents in production.
