Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Cloud Security Engineer, Senior Consultant to design, build, and secure AI-enabled products and cloud environments. This role blends AI security architecture, AI Zero Trust, secure AI software development, and cloud security engineering to deliver production-grade solutions for resilient AI platforms.

Lead client discovery, architecture sessions, and craft reference architectures, playbooks, and accelerators while mentoring engineers within the Cyber and Cloud Security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, AI, cybersecurity, CE, or software eng.
• 3+ years in software, AI, cloud security, or tech consulting.
• Hands-on with AI platforms: Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
• Experience designing cloud security architecture and DevSecOps.
• Experience building APIs and distributed systems with Python/TypeScript/JavaScript/Go/Java.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Design secure architectures for generative AI, RAG, and AI-enabled apps.
• Embed security across the AI software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement secure AI workloads on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Identify, prioritize, test, and remediate vulnerabilities in code, APIs, and AI workloads.
• Develop production AI security apps and platforms with APIs, microservices, and observability.
• Lead client discovery, architecture sessions, and create reference architectures and playbooks.
