Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Cloud Security Engineer to design, build, and secure AI-enabled products and cloud environments. You will embed security across the AI software development lifecycle and implement secure AI workloads across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid setups.

The role combines hands-on software engineering with cybersecurity and cloud architecture to deliver production-quality solutions while mentoring and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/AI or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, cybersecurity, cloud security, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with at least one AI platform (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, etc.).
• Experience designing cloud security architecture and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Design secure architectures for generative AI and AI-enabled apps.
• Embed security throughout the AI software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement secure AI workloads across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver reference architectures and accelerators.
