Job summary

Nokia is seeking a senior technology leader in the United States to define the future of AI infrastructure and converged IP/Optical networks across data center and hyperscale environments.

You will partner with executives to set long-term technology strategy, influence roadmaps, and drive architecture decisions that position Nokia as a trusted advisor to hyperscalers and cloud providers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior technical leadership in networking, cloud infrastructure, optical networking, or data center systems.
• Recognized industry authority with deep expertise spanning multiple technology domains.
• Experience influencing C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders in global technology companies.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale architectures, AI fabrics, data center interconnect, and network automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technology strategist for Nokia’s Americas AI & Cloud business.
• Partner with executive leadership to define long-term technology strategy, market positioning, investment priorities, and differentiated value propositions.
• Shape Nokia’s vision for converged architectures supporting AI factories, hyperscale cloud infrastructure, distributed inferencing, and next-generation data center ecosystems.
• Identify emerging market transitions and technology inflection points that can create new value for Nokia and its customers.
• Drive strategic thinking around the evolution and convergence of IP and Optical networking technologies and develop architectural frameworks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and architecture transitions including co-packaged optics, silicon photonics, and AI fabrics.
• Influence internal roadmaps, strategic partnerships, ecosystem engagement, and research priorities.
