You will shape long-term architecture strategy, drive converged IP/Optical roadmaps, and translate complex technology trends into business value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior technical leadership experience in networking, cloud infrastructure, optical networking, semiconductors, photonics, data center systems, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in IP and Optical networking architectures for cloud, data center, and AI environments.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale architectures, AI fabrics, data center interconnect, and automation drivers.
• Working knowledge of emerging optical interconnect approaches such as CPO, LPO, NPO, silicon photonics, and related packaging ecosystems.
• Experience influencing C-level executives, product organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders in global tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technology strategy, investment priorities, and differentiated value propositions for Nokia Americas AI & Cloud.
• Shape Nokia's vision for converged architectures supporting AI factories, hyperscale cloud infra, and next-gen data center ecosystems.
• Identify market inflection points and translate shifts into strategic recommendations.
• Engage with executive customers, partners, and ecosystem players to inform Nokia's strategy and customer value proposition.
