Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Head of AI Infra Product Management to define and deliver innovative AI infrastructure solutions. You will set strategy, align with engineering, and engage customers to shape products built on merchant silicon with NVIDIA and non-NVIDIA ecosystems.

Lead market analysis, roadmaps, and launches while building strong cross-functional partnerships. Strong leadership, communication, and industry insight are essential to steer Nokia's AI ambitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in product management for AI infrastructure or related tech.
• Proven track record leading strategic product initiatives in fast-paced settings.
• Deep understanding of merchant silicon in scale-out, scale-up contexts.
• Experience with NVIDIA and non-NVIDIA ecosystems, including hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and vision for AI infrastructure products aligned with business goals.
• Specify and prioritize product requirements for scale-out, scale-up, and scale-across.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure successful development and delivery.
• Engage customers and partners to understand needs and offer solutions.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Create and present product roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage product launches from development to market.
• Provide thought leadership and represent Nokia at industry events.
