Job summary
BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to guide teams through cloud migration, AI platform adoption, and operational optimization in a fully remote role.
You will translate business requirements into scalable enterprise architectures, balancing innovation with security, governance, and reliability, while collaborating with security and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- 5 years of Cloud Infrastructure and Software Engineering experience.
- Experience with enterprise network design, segmentation, encryption, logging and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation and support of Cloud software for production deployments.
- Automate infrastructure using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design cloud services and tools balancing security, performance, and cost.
- Define technical solutions with Agile processes.
- Manage day-to-day cloud infra tasks: monitoring, alerts, troubleshooting.
- Guide on-prem vs cloud workload placement.
- Assist with migration of on-prem systems to cloud, ensuring uptime and scalability.
- Document infrastructure designs and educate teams on cloud initiatives.
