Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/data science or related field.
• 7+ years in software, data, or platform engineering.
• Advanced Python development with strong software fundamentals.
• Cloud-native solutions on Azure.
• Distributed, scalable applications and microservices.
• REST APIs and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI, automation, and data opportunities with stakeholders.
• Design and deploy cloud-native apps using Python on Azure.
• Develop scalable data pipelines with Databricks and Snowflake.
• Build AI-powered solutions to improve processes.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate needs into plans.
• Develop APIs and microservices for enterprise platforms.
• Promote software development, testing, security, and automation best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, architects.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to standards.
• Stay updated on AI, cloud, data technologies and adoption opportunities.
