Job summary

A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in software engineering are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering or related technical fields.
• 3-5+ years hands-on software development building cloud-native and AI-enabled apps.
• 1+ years of technical leadership, mentoring, or guiding architecture decisions.
• Experience designing, building, and deploying cloud-based and AI-enabled applications.
• Practical expertise with AI/GenAI, cloud services, and secure by design practices.
• Strong DevOps, observability, and reliability engineering knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leverages expertise in AI application development and secure development practices to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Designs, develops, and integrates AI-enabled apps, cloud APIs, microservices, and automation workflows across hybrid environments.
• Leads POCs evaluating AI models, cloud services, and automation technologies to guide adoption.
• Collaborates with product, data engineering, cloud engineering, and stakeholders to align features with business goals.
• Gathers and refines requirements ensuring feasibility and alignment with objectives.
• Creates estimates, plans, and schedules for predictable delivery.
• Troubleshoots, debugs, and maintains documentation for apps, data, and cloud components.
• Provides mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers on AI agent integration and architecture.
• Participates in code reviews and architecture discussions for secure, scalable solutions.
• Provides on-call support for critical applications, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
