Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience leading organizational change management in tech consulting; AI use-case development.
• Expertise with Generative AI and Large Language Models, Gemini Enterprise.
• Strategic leadership to architect services and lead high-stakes projects.
• Executive-level communication across enterprise stakeholders.
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace and AI-driven workflows.
• Strong PM skills for multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience creating enablement materials and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy and transformation workstreams for Fortune 25/100 clients.
• Architect service offerings and standard operating procedures for AI enablement.
• Drive presales, GTM, and develop robust AI demo environments.
• Develop methodologies to train OCM teams on AI integration and change strategy.
• Lead AI R&D to maintain competitive advantage in generative AI.
• Guide organizations through work transformation and process reengineering using AI.
• Maintain ~60% billable utilization while driving AI-focused revenue and sales.
• Travel up to 30% for client-facing and internal needs.
• Establish AI adoption governance and coaching frameworks.
• Define KPIs for AI-driven transformation (time savings, efficiency, quality).
