Job summary

Simon Indianapolis is seeking a business-minded analyst to bridge leasing operations and technology. You will analyze processes, identify AI-driven improvements, and translate business needs into practical solutions, collaborating with IT and Lease Services.

You will prepare and analyze all reporting for Lease Services used by the Executive team, perform ad-hoc analyses, and support change management and training to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; demonstrated experience applying technology to improve business processes.
• Experience as a business analyst, operations, consulting, or process improvement.
• Experience with AI tools or platforms (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Harvey) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to identify trends, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and deliver measurable value.
• Develop AI use case roadmaps and translate requirements into solution designs with IT and business teams.
• Support change management, training, and user adoption efforts.
