Job summary

simon is seeking a Lease Data Analyst in Indianapolis to oversee all phases of lease data processing, cost accumulation, verification, and invoicing for CAM, real estate taxes, and rent. You will ensure compliance with company policies and support performance improvements across the department.

The role requires excellent analytical skills, strong MS Office knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment at corporate Indianapolis locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret lease language.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Abstract, interpret, input, and analyze information on leases, amendments, and other legal documents.
• Identify problematic lease language that is financially detrimental or difficult to efficiently administer and analyze financial impact.
• Calculate and prepare tenant billing files for real estate taxes and CAM; analyze expense fluctuations.
• Review monthly reports and processes including Rent Roll and Events.
• Review work from peers on lease abstracts and document processing.
• Participate in property acquisitions including due diligence and data transfer.
• Assist in corporate/department improvements in software testing and policy.
• Participation in special projects as assigned.
