Job summary

Experis is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner to help stand up AI capabilities on the Salesforce platform in St. Louis. The role focuses on hands-on AI experience, governance, and stakeholder collaboration, with on-site work four days a week.

Responsibilities include designing, testing, and validating AI solutions, defining access personas, and building the necessary technical structure. Salesforce knowledge is a strong plus for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI solutions – testing and validating outputs, quality checks and stakeholder validation.
• Familiarity with an LLM-plus-agent stack (e.g. Claude, Bedrock) is a strong plus.
• Business/systems analysis – requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, stakeholder management.
• Salesforce platform experience is beneficial – objects, permissions, configuration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Project manage the design, development, and implementation of AI capabilities and Salesforce enhancements.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on AI implementation and Salesforce practices.
• Test and validate AI outputs to ensure accuracy and prevent hallucinations before launch.
• Gather and document requirements across stakeholder groups to define access personas and automation.
• Design and build the technical structure needed to deliver new capabilities.
• Define governance and platform health metrics to validate functionality post‑launch.
