Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• 1+ year with React and Python.
• Experience in startups and fast iterations.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into reliable automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end automations across HR, GTM, Finance, and Security.
• Design APIs and integrations that scale with company growth.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows using modern tooling and LLMs.
• Partner with legal and security to encode compliance logic.
