Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks Software Engineers – AI Automation (Internal Tools) to design AI-driven automations, bots, and internal applications spanning finance, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing.

You will collaborate with the Internal AI Tools Lead and business stakeholders to turn real-world pain points into concrete systems, building integrations, services, and copilots that reduce repetitive work and boost speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

0–3 years of professional software engineering experience (internships, research, or substantial personal projects count).
Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript.
Experience building scripts, APIs, small web apps, or workflow automations.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and SQL data modeling.
Hands-on experience using LLMs or automation platforms (OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier, n8n).
Strong ownership mindset and ability to communicate with non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain AI-powered automations and workflows for recurring business processes.
Develop internal tools and microservices integrating across Finance, HR, IT, Cyber Security, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
Create Slack/Teams bots, web frontends, and small internal apps.
Design task-specific assistants using LLMs and agent frameworks.
Map manual workflows into clear technical requirements and automation designs.
Contribute to shared libraries, templates, and best practices for internal automations.
Monitor and debug automations, improving reliability and performance.
