Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Sr. Innovation & Solutions Analyst to drive global sourcing and supply chain initiatives across brands.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI-enabled solutions, analytics, and automated workflows. The role leads end-to-end initiatives from problem definition through deployment and adoption, balancing technical design with user experience and governance to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years as business/systems analyst driving results.
• Experience with Coupa, Ariba, Docusign suites.
• Strong skills translating requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience owning end-to-end workstreams with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in Sourcing and Supply Chain apps like Coupa, Ariba, Docusign.
• Document business requirements, user needs, and success criteria.
• Design and implement configurations, integrations, and automation.
• Promote adoption of AI, automation, and data solutions.
• Manage end-to-end project execution from definition to deployment.
• Provide Level 1-2 support and document release activities.
