Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, solutions analyst, project analyst, or equivalent role with a track record of driving results
Responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert in Sourcing and Supply Chain applications like Coupa, Ariba CLM, Docusign
- Document business requirements, user needs, and success criteria using standardized approaches
- Implement solutions with configuration changes, integrations, automation, and AI agents
- Identify opportunities to promote adoption of existing solutions, AI capabilities, automation, and data solutions
- Develop and maintain solution documentation and support release/change management activities
