Job summary

Appian seeks a Senior Consultant to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex enterprise automation projects on the Appian platform. You will guide small engineering teams, design robust integrations, and serve as a technical advisor to client stakeholders to enable enterprise‑grade orchestration.

You will mentor junior consultants, drive data modeling and API integrations, and collaborate in Agile environments to quickly deliver high‑value capabilities for public sector engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in software development or technical implementation consulting.
• Foundational understanding of OOP, database design, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Delivery: oversee full project lifecycle and implement custom automation solutions using the Appian platform.
• Mentor & develop talent: coach junior consultants during fast-paced software implementations.
• Architect Integrations: build data pipelines and APIs to integrate external systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC).
• Drive Data Modeling: design relational data models in production with advanced SQL.
• Partner in Agile Environments: collaborate in cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
