Alignment Health is seeking a Senior AI & Automation Engineer to architect, build, and scale intelligent AI systems and enterprise automation for its Medicare Advantage data and operations platforms. You will lead end-to-end delivery of production AI workloads spanning claims, risk adjustment, prior authorization, and member engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
• Proven track record independently owning and delivering complex, production-grade distributed systems from concept through deployment and operations.
• Experience building and scaling automation solutions using RPA platforms and workflow orchestration tools, including ROI governance.
• Experience serving and integrating AI/ML models or LLMs in production, including performance tuning (not model training/research).
• Experience in a regulated industry (healthcare, insurance, or financial services) with deep working knowledge of compliance and security requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead the build of distributed, cloud-native systems for enterprise workloads across regulated environments.
• Own CI/CD, containerization, and deployment standards (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Develop data and automation pipelines at scale with ETL/orchestration tools.
• Apply AI/ML to production systems, including inferencing pipelines and model integration into workflows.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring, interviews, and engineering standards.
