Job summary

Correlation One is seeking an experienced live instructor to deliver AI-focused, full-stack development training to enterprise engineers via Microsoft Teams. You will guide cohorts through hands-on sessions, adapt on the fly, and ensure engagement and technical rigor.

With a software engineering background and experience teaching multi-week programs, you will collaborate with SMEs to keep content current and effective. This is a remote, 12-week blocks engagement with potential for scale.

Qualifications

• Must have credibility in front of senior full-stack engineers.
• Strong live facilitation — pacing, energy, reading the room, handling off-script questions.
• Experience delivering multi-week technical training to software engineers.
• You have a software engineering background and can teach material and answer questions on the fly.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, effective live sessions (virtual, via Microsoft Teams).
• Adapt delivery based on evolving content and learner needs.
• Review pre-work to identify learner struggles and focus live time on hard parts.
• Collaborate with SMEs and curriculum designers to stay current on what’s being taught and why.
