Correlation One is seeking a GenAI Training Lead to deliver high-quality sessions for business and technical audiences. You will lead live workshops where participants redesign workflows and build AI assistants and agents.

You will collaborate with internal teams to refine curriculum, stay updated on the latest AI models, and promote responsible AI practices across enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any field.
• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts, prompt engineering, AI assistants, and agents.
• Extensive experience building custom AI assistants/agents using Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Proven GenAI experience applying to real business workflows and professional settings.
• Public speaking or training experience with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to engage diverse business and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality GenAI training sessions to business and technical audiences.
• Lead live sessions and hands-on workshops redesigning workflows and building AI assistants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on curriculum and materials.
• Act as a GenAI subject matter expert for internal discussions and initiatives.
• Stay current on new AI models, tools for building AI assistants, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Teach responsible AI use, including output verification and data handling.
