Job summary

Veritas Search Group is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to drive design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions addressing complex business challenges. The role requires leadership across domains like computer vision, NLP, recommender systems, generative AI, and predictive analytics.

You will set strategic direction for AI initiatives, establish engineering best practices, and partner across functions to maximize business impact. Hybrid work in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Proven use of LLMs, generative AI, or agent-based AI in real-world problems.
• Experience delivering large-scale ML/AI app on Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Strong ML algorithms, deep learning, data structures, optimization.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable AI solutions meeting business needs.
• Lead as SME in applied AI, guiding technical direction.
• Drive large, complex AI initiatives across programs.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases with stakeholders.
• Guide ML model development and production deployment.
• Implement robust data pipelines for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Apply MLOps practices to lifecycle management.
• Promote responsible AI: fairness, transparency, security.
