AscentIT is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise AI solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning. The role leads implementation of enterprise-grade AI applications and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver them.

• Design and develop scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications
• Build and optimize Generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows to automate complex business processes
• Implement vector search, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval solutions
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs to improve accuracy, relevance, and performance
• Build production-ready AI services and integrate them with enterprise systems using APIs and microservices
• Optimize AI application performance, latency, scalability, and cost
• Implement model evaluation, observability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices
• Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions
