Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks an AI Architect to lead a small team in designing and delivering production-ready AI solutions across the organization, including NLP and recommender systems.

You will oversee model design, data pipelines, and deployment in cloud environments with a focus on governance and privacy. You will mentor 1–3 AI Engineers, collaborate with Product, Engineering, and IT leadership, and ensure alignment with business objectives in K12 and broader contexts while advancing DevOps/MLOps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or related field.
• 6 years' related experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drives the conception, prototyping, and deployment of ML models, focusing on NLP and recommender systems across product lines.
• Leverages AWS and Azure ecosystems, containers, and IaC tools to build scalable AI systems.
• Supervises 1-3 AI Engineers and guides coding best practices.
