Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Architect to lead cross-domain architecture across Platform Advantage, Data & AI Excellence, and Governance & Trust. You will influence senior stakeholders, define capabilities, and ensure delivery through complex enterprise initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise architecture, deep AI tooling experience, and fluency with Salesforce or related technologies. This is a full-time role based in the United States with Salesforce benefits.

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture, with direct experience influencing senior technical and business stakeholders.
Experience with AI tooling to build solutions and improve efficiency in your job.
Deep expertise in at least one focus area and fluency with Salesforce or an adjacent technology.
Track record of staying engaged through delivery and resolving stalled work.
Educational background in CS/Software Eng or MIS at advanced degree level.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture across Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, or Governance & Trust, based on deepest expertise.
Collaborate with pre- and post-sale teams; align exec stakeholders to business problems and capabilities.
Resolve platform-fit ambiguity for customers with conflicting recommendations or prior rollouts.
Ensure domain work is clearly scoped to the right architecture domain and avoid ambiguity.
Maintain architecture storytelling with strong visual communication across teams.
