Job summary

Genpact LLC is seeking a Lead Engineer - Application Support to provide Level 3 production issue resolution for P&C insurance applications. You will lead root cause analysis, guide L1/L2 teams, and support policy administration, claims, billing, rating, and underwriting platforms.

You will analyze data, validate fixes, and ensure regulatory & data security compliance. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong SQL/data analysis, and participation in releases and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for complex production issues in P&C insurance applications.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and deploy permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with L1/L2 teams to guide troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Support core P&C systems including Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Rating, Underwriting.
• Analyze business and system impacts of defects across lines; validate fixes.
• Review changes, releases, and patches; assist deployments.
