Job summary
Staffingine LLC is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with AI support experience to lead L2/L3 application support and production engineering activities in a Google Cloud environment. You will own technical governance, coordinate offshore teams for 24x7 support, and drive incident management, RCA, and release coordination with executive communication.
The role requires strong leadership in incident bridges, governance reviews, and client-facing collaboration to ensure application
Qualifications
- Extensive full stack development and AI-enabled operations experience.
- Experience leading L2/L3 application support and incident management.
- Proven ability to coordinate releases, RCA, and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities
- Serve as overall technical lead for production support and AMS activities.
- Lead P1/P2 incident bridges and critical escalations.
- Drive RCA reviews and preventive actions.
- Coordinate releases, deployments and post-production validations.
- Guide offshore support and cloud engineers.
