Job summary

UltraViolet Cyber seeks a Senior Business Process Consultant to influence national security outcomes by aligning technology transformation with mission needs. You’ll bridge operations and AI-enabled innovation, document workflows, and support AI governance for a federal client.

Responsibilities include analyzing processes, prioritizing AI use cases, building a repository, and developing KPIs to track transformation results across OCIO divisions and field stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, information systems, or related field; equivalencies accepted (16 years of experience without degree, AA + 12 years, BA/BS + 10 years).
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proven expertise in process analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, and workflow optimization.
• Experience translating business requirements into tech solutions and use cases.
• Strong change management with experience leading strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and operational workflows to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Document AI use cases, build a comprehensive AI Use Case Repository, and support AI-PMO with change management.
• Develop business cases, quantify benefits, resources, timelines, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement with Cyber, Infrastructure, Mission Delivery, and field stakeholders to align AI initiatives with priorities.
• Create communications materials, training content, and knowledge transfer assets for AI adoption.
