Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a senior AIA - Artificial Intelligence & Analytics Service Line Sales Specialist to drive sales service and marketing transformation for global clients. Remote role with travel to SoCa regions, focusing on advisory solution definition and delivery oversight across diverse industries.

You will lead discovery, define offerings, build blueprints, and guide delivery with a strong emphasis on business value, customer experience, and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior functional roles across sales, service or marketing in large enterprises.
• End-to-end processes in customer acquisition, onboarding, service, loyalty, and marketing automation.
• Practical knowledge of customer relationship and marketing enablement platforms.
• Analytical thinking to translate insights into improvements.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with agile delivery in hybrid work setups.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery discussions with senior client stakeholders to capture objectives and translate into solution roadmaps.
• Define service line offerings combining consulting methods, platforms, and accelerators.
• Develop business process models across lead management, opportunity management, onboarding, and campaign execution.
• Guide domain-specific solution blueprints integrating CRM, analytics, and workflow apps.
• Review proposals, shape scope, estimates and value cases for viability.
• Coordinate with account teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Advise delivery teams on domain nuances during project execution.
• Collaborate with product and platform partners to embed new capabilities into offerings.
• Prepare thought leadership content and use case narratives for clients and stakeholders.
• Enable internal teams via knowledge sharing on industry trends and best practices.
• Monitor success using KPIs for sales, service, and marketing effectiveness and optimize accordingly.
• Support development of templates and checklists to improve repeatability and value delivery.
