Job summary

CVS Health's Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) organization is expanding its Product team to advance analytic automation and smart routing for clinicians. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will help bring AI-powered analytics from concept to production, collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and clinicians to ensure real-world impact.

You will define product requirements, align with stakeholders, and drive ROIs while navigating a complex healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall work experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional with ML Eng and Data Science.
• 2 years product management or related experience.
• 2+ years with AI/data analytics in clinical/claims data.
• 2+ years stakeholder management and consensus-building.
• 2+ years communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• 2+ years with QA and full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements, acceptance criteria, and specs for Data Science and Engineering.
• Clarify requirements and facilitate technical discussions for end users.
• Prioritize work, balance speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go-live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operations to quantify business value.
• Validate model results with clinicians and refine accordingly.
• Track product performance metrics and ROI.
• Maintain roadmaps with internal customers and executives.
• Lead a scrum team of data scientists and software engineers.
