• 2+ years working with AI, data analytics, data products, or complex analytics.
• 2+ years in a complex stakeholder environment driving consensus.
• 2+ years communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• 2+ years experience delivering products through full lifecycle with QA understanding.

Responsibilities

• Create product requirements documents and acceptance criteria for Data Science and Engineering teams.
• Support teams to implement features and clarify requirements.
• Facilitate problem solving and prioritization across teams.
• Define data SLAs and interface contracts with upstream/downstream teams.
• Develop go‑live timelines with data science and engineering partners.
• Work with clinicians and operations to quantify business value.
• Validate model results with clinicians and facilitate reviews.
• Define, track, and analyze product performance metrics.
