Job summary
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking engineers to design and deliver production-grade AI agents that power customer experiences across finance, healthcare, and commerce. You will own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to production and iteration, collaborating with leaders at large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to scale AI solutions.
You’ll build generalizable AI agent frameworks, surface unmet needs, and work with research, product, and platform teams to shape the future
Qualifications
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving in ambiguous environments.
- Builder mindset with high agency to ship.
- Comfort working directly with customers.
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Genuine interest in Financial Services and improving the end customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents.
- Own and optimize the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC).
- Partner with enterprises and startups to deploy AI agents at scale.
- Shape the platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping tools.
- Work on projects across finance, healthcare, and commerce to advance AI agents.
