Job summary

Covenant Consulting is hiring a Senior Full Stack Agentic Development Engineer to specify, orchestrate, and review AI coding agents. You will own end-to-end delivery, including code, tests, and weekly releases, behind feature flags and controlled rollouts for customers.

Candidates must show production agentic experience and strong system judgment, with a track record of shipping real systems. The role emphasizes collaboration with users to shape what is built, and comfort working in a monorepo

Qualifications

Several years of senior-level engineering with a track record of shipping production systems.
Demonstrable, production agentic development experience.
Evidence you've engaged directly with users or customers to shape what you built.
Strong systems judgment: APIs and data models, backward/forward compatibility, performance under real-world constraints.
Comfort in a monorepo with continuous delivery, feature flags, canary releases, and automated testing as the release gate.
You own your test coverage; you don't hand it off.

Responsibilities

Own a delivery boundary end to end — its code, its tests, its weekly release.
Specify, orchestrate, and review AI coding agents — not hand-writing foundational code.
Demonstrable agentic experience in production: you built with agent scaffolding and directed it.
Collaborate with users/customers to shape what you built and ensure correctness.
