Job summary

Confiz is seeking an experienced AI Agentic Solutions Engineer in Seattle, WA, to lead the design and delivery of scalable agentic systems. The role focuses on end-to-end solution design, memory and state management, and evaluations for safety and performance.

You will mentor junior engineers and align with product and security stakeholders. The position is hybrid with onsite four days per week, requiring a strong product mindset, cost awareness, and a track record of delivering complex

Qualifications

6+ years of professional software engineering experience designing scalable distributed systems.
Hands-on AI fluency with LLMs, foundation model APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, and embeddings.
Experience designing and operating AI agents/workflows in production with tool-use and orchestration.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to translate problems into agentic solutions with measurable outcomes.
Design and build core agentic solutions across orchestration, tool-use pipelines, and enterprise integration.
Own end-to-end solution design spanning multiple engineers with full integration considerations.
Apply context engineering for agent visibility, balancing token economics, latency, and cost.
Develop evaluations and guardrails for safe, reliable, and accurate AI systems.
Architect memory and state management for agents across sessions and workflows.
