EY seeks a Senior Manager Architect to lead the design and implementation of agentic AI systems across foundation models, safety, and enterprise integration. You will balance hands-on delivery with cross‑functional coordination to drive knowledge‑based AI adoption and robust governance.

You will mentor a team, contribute to firmwide AI initiatives, and stay current with AI trends and model architectures while collaborating across business, technical, and product domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance, or compliance technology.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks and related tools.
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms and integration patterns.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems based on foundation models.
• Integrate external vendor tools for monitoring, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives across the enterprise.
• Serve as player-coach, delivering technical work while coordinating firmwide AI adoption.
• Lead knowledge AI systems development for customer opportunities and platform development.
• Be a member of the Enterprise Architecture council guiding initiatives to success.
• Maintain current knowledge of knowledge AI trends and model architectures.
