Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager Architect to lead design and implementation of high autonomy Agentic AI systems across foundation models, safety, and agentic design. You balance hands-on delivery with cross-functional leadership and mentor a team building multi-agent capabilities for EY businesses and clients.

Responsibilities include overseeing AI agentic system design, integrating vendor tools for monitoring, security, and governance, and guiding firmwide adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years enterprise architecture experience in governance or compliance tech.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of AI Foundation Model frameworks (Llama, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, Mistral, Deepseek).
• Experience with observability, safety and governance tooling.
• Familiar with Agentic AI platforms (Nvidia, MSFT, Crew).
• Familiar with Agentic Patterns & Frameworks: Orchestration, Loop Engineering, Memory integration.
• Familiarity with AI-native development.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of AI agentic systems and frameworks using foundation models, LLMs and SLMs.
• Integrate external vendor tools for monitoring, security and governance.
• Collaborate with EY teams to align AI initiatives.
• Serve as player-coach, contributing to technical delivery while guiding firmwide AI adoption.
• Be the go-to authority for knowledge-based AI systems and their customer applications.
• Participate in Enterprise Architecture council to guide success.
• Maintain knowledge of knowledge AI trends and model architectures for timely adoption.
