This high-ownership role emphasizes rapid learning in AI-enabled healthcare operations, collaborating with customers during discovery, launches, and production troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in operational, implementation, or related roles.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into automated workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end agent implementations from discovery to post-launch.
• Translate complex customer processes into automated workflows and integrations.
• Own production performance diagnostics and drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities to increase automation while maintaining accuracy.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and configurations to scale the team.
