Sticker Mule, a fully remote company, is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to build, run and manage a team of AI agents that help innovate and serve customers more effectively. You will identify opportunities, collaborate with department leads to assess AI needs, and integrate agents with third‑party and internal tools.

• Strong experience with Grok, Claude, OpenAI, and open source AI tooling.
• Comfortable with Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify where agents can help and build them accordingly.
• Collaborate with department leads to assess AI needs.
• Connect agents to third-party and internal tools.
• Measure results and prune non-delivering agents.
• Test new tools and models as they ship and adopt what works.
• Advise others on AI capabilities to help them perform.
