Job summary

Sticker Mule is seeking an engineer to build, run and manage a team of AI agents to help innovate faster, improve performance, and better serve customers. The role is fully remote with a generous compensation package including a salary range of $150,000–$250,000 USD and a $20,000 signing bonus.

You will identify where agents can help, work with department leads, connect agents to tools, measure results, and advise others on AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience building agents that run autonomously and deliver meaningful work.
• Proficient with Grok, Claude, OpenAI and open-source tools.
• Proficient in Go, TypeScript, GraphQL,.Postgres and GCP.
• Writes clearly in English.

Requirements

Compensation

1. Salary: $150,000–$250,000 USD
