Job summary

Traba, Inc. is building an AI operating system for the industrial supply chain, enabling automation across the staffing marketplace. This product-engineering role focuses on applying frontier models and agents to real-world workflows, with collaboration from the CTO on architecture and roadmap.

You will lead frontend and backend development, architect core systems, and own product surfaces end to end. A track record of shipping scalable AI-enabled products in fast environments is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in frontend and backend development across the full stack.
• Experience shipping AI-enabled features and integrating LLMs into production systems.
• Strong proficiency with APIs, databases, and distributed architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend and backend development and mentor engineers.
• Architect real-time matching, vetting pipelines, and APIs.
• Own product surfaces end to end in collaboration with design.
• Apply agents and frontier models across the stack to automate workflows.
