Cresta is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents within real-world enterprises. You’ll work closely with customers and our software and ML engineers to implement high-impact AI solutions on the Cresta platform, ensuring smooth integrations with external systems and robust performance.

We focus on state-of-the-art LLMs, secure deployments, and scalable architectures in cloud environments, with opportunities to influence product capabilities and drive measurable ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development/AI integration experience.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents on Cresta's platform.
• Integrate AI agents with external systems via APIs, databases, and CRMs.
• Fine-tune prompts and configurations to maximize performance in enterprise environments.
• Gather technical requirements from customers and translate them into AI agent solutions.
• Conduct interactive demos and provide proof-of-concepts to prospects, iterating based on feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and scalable deployments.
