Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the systems behind how Cresta shows up on the internet. You will own the technical decisions behind cresta.com and help shape how Cresta puts its AI agents to work for marketing use cases.

You’ll architect and build our web platform, create tooling for marketers to ship without an engineer, and develop custom AI agents on Cresta's platform. We expect strong engineering fundamentals, high agency, and the ability to dive deep into unfamiliar domains

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development, web development, AI/ML or growth engineering.
• Strong across the stack: application code, APIs, data, and infrastructure in Python/TypeScript/Node.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts; hands-on with large language models and prompt engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own how cresta.com is built end to end and how content flows.
• Set the technical vision for website stack and CMS evolution (Webflow today).
• Partner with brand/design on interactive experiences and own the component system.
