Job summary

EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control, including tool usage, state management, and policy implementation. You will define multi-agent APIs, anomaly detection, and privacy-preserving authentication while coordinating with security and data teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Proficient with AI-native tools and code-assist platforms.
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, TypeScript and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understanding of AI-native design processes and security concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD, IDEs and modern collaboration tools.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large scale systems.
• Design post-training and tuning environments for agents.
• Develop synthesis models for open source AI models.
• Implement and benchmark agent architectures against evals.
• Create comprehensive AI agent control frameworks.
• Define design requirements and drive implementation with AI native processes.
• Research emerging agent auth architectures and frontier proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at conferences and assist IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agent control.
