Siemens Energy is seeking a visionary Principal AI Agent Engineer to lead the AI Factory and architect enterprise‑scale multi‑agent systems within the Gas Services value chain. You will steer a small elite team, define technical direction, and ship at global enterprise scale, coordinating with teams across time zones.

You will translate cutting‑edge agentic AI research into production‑grade systems, mentor staff and senior engineers, and communicate strategy to executives, delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable technical field.
• 5+ years of production AI/ML experience; higher level possible for more experience.
• 3+ years designing and shipping multi-agent or complex LLM-based systems at scale.
• Proven track record at a top-tier technology consulting or big tech company.
• Hands-on production agents and tooling with Python, TypeScript and Go; LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience with LangGraph and AutoGen; ability to build custom agent coordination layers.
• Strong communication to explain emergent agent behaviors and system design to leadership.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones with European partners.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise-scale multi-agent systems coordinating across business functions.
• Define the technical vision and reference architectures for the AI Agent Factory.
• Design coordination protocols for reliable multi-agent operation in production.
