Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years in cybersecurity with 3–5 years in AI/ML security or adversarial testing
• Hands-on adversarial testing of AI systems including LLMs and agentic AI
• Strong understanding of AI architectures, training pipelines, inference APIs, and RAG
• Knowledge of AI attack techniques: prompt injection, jailbreaking, data poisoning
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs
• Experience with AI security testing tools (Garak, PyRIT) and custom tooling
• Strong offensive security fundamentals: pentesting, red teaming, vulnerability research
• Excellent written/verbal communication for technical and executive audiences
• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with ML frameworks
• Certifications like OSCP, GIAC, CISSP are a plus
• Bachelor degree required; advanced degree desirable

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute AI adversarial testing engagements on models, LLM-based apps, and AI infrastructure
• Test for AI-specific vulnerabilities: prompt injection, data leakage, model inversion
• Evaluate security of AI architectures: hosting, API exposure, data pipelines, fine-tuning
• Assess risks from third-party AI components and AI-enabled SaaS
• Develop AI red team playbooks and automate vulnerability scanning
• Produce actionable reports with evidence, risk ratings, and remediation guidance
