The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta seeks a Principal, AI Application Engineer to design, build, deploy, and scale AI-powered applications and workflows for marketers, delivering measurable value. You will lead cross-functional delivery with Marketing, MarTech, Analytics, and Data Engineering, translating business needs into production-ready solutions and reusable enterprise components.

This hands-on role requires deep full-stack capabilities, experience with AI, LLMs, Azure, and enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IS/Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in software, application, platform, or AI engineering with hands-on production work.
Strong full-stack experience: React/Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, APIs, microservices, cloud-native design.
Experience building AI apps using LLMs, RAG, copilots, conversational interfaces, and agentic frameworks.
Experience with Azure, Azure AI services, GitHub, CI/CD, containers, observability, security, and production support.
Experience integrating Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, CRM, CDPs, or MarTech solutions.

Responsibilities

Build Marketing AI applications: portals, copilots, workflows, self-service tools for marketers.
Lead product and engineering delivery: design, prototype, test, deploy, and improve full-stack AI apps.
Operationalize AI experiences: embed Generative AI, conversational interfaces, and automation.
Integrate enterprise platforms: secure integrations across Adobe Experience Platform, CRM, and MarTech.
Design for enterprise scale: reusable components, APIs, and scalable frameworks.
Accelerate business adoption: ensure solutions are intuitive and embedded into workflows.
Influence enterprise AI strategy: align with architecture, security, privacy, and standards.
